Consignment Policy

Consignments are accepted by appointment only Tuesdays through Fridays between 9:00
and 10:00 a.m. and between 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. No consignments will be accepted on Mondays or Saturdays. The shop is closed on Sundays.

A contact and inventory sheet must be completed before items are accepted.

The consignment period is three months, and the consignor will receive 50 percent
of the selling price.

We reserve the right to refuse to consign any item which does not meet our specifications. Exceptions are at our discretion.

Generally, the following items ARE accepted:

Furniture in exceptionally good condition (no stains, tears or broken springs)
Antiques
China	Kitchen items (dishes, utensils, cooking pans, etc.)
Silver & Sterling	Figurines & Sculptures
Crystal Stemware	Tablecloths, Linens & Aprons
Glassware	Area and Throw Rugs that show no wear
Artwork	Candles that have never been lit
Jewelry	Books (suitable for coffee table)
Mirrors	Artificial plants and silk flowers
Lamps (in working condition)	(in like-new condition)
Lamp Shades	Christmas Trees & Decorations (Sept-Nov)
Throw Pillows	Clocks in working condition

Generally, the following items ARE NOT accepted:

Bed Linens including Afghans, Throws and Bedspreads
Electronic Equipment
Appliances	Window Treatments
Mattresses or Box Springs	Crafts, Kits, Fabrics, Patterns & Macramé
Metal Office Furniture	Florists' Vases, Pots or Planters
Books	Games or Toys unless previous to "1965"
Candles that have been lit	Movie or Slide Projectors & Screens
Fans & Humidifiers	Records, Tapes, or Cassettes
Exercise or Sports Equipment	Souvenir Plates or Shot Glasses
Trophies or Plaques	Avon Bottles, Liquor Bottles
Unframed Artwork or Posters	Clothing
Reproduction Tins	Wallpaper
